Is the Neutrogena Complete Acne Therapy System or the Neutrogena Deep Clean Night Cleanser is good?

I was using the Neutrogena Deep Clean cleanser for years with no problems. Then to be different, I'd started to use Noxzema Plus. Now my face has broken out under my chin and on my forehead. I was thinking about using Neutrogena Complete Acne Therapy System or the Deep Clean Nighttime Cleanser since I've used Neutrogena products before without too much problem. I've used Proactive and all it did was clear my skin for a minute but after a while, it irritated my skin causing it to itch and redness. If anyone used these products, can I have your reviews.
