Help! I get zits/ acne/ on my cheeks and I cannot get rid of them. I used the Neutrogena cleansening cleaner?

I need help! I use the Neutrogena acne cleanser with hot and cold water(the process) and tried proactive but nothigns working. Their only like on my cheeks- i seriously want them gone or i freakinnnn freak! Best answer will get many points. Please, i just want them gone.
