What is the best foundation type and brand for oily skin?

I am currently using neutrogena purestay pressed powder foundation and MAC blotpowder overtop. However, my face still gets pretty oily, which is not the most attractive thing. I did try MAC studiofix and it took care of the oil, but it has light-reflecting shards in it that made my skin 'sparkly' which was really not cool. Any good suggestions??? Also, am i doing the right thing with using pressed powder? I've heard that liquid foundation is bad for oily skin. THANKS FOR HELP!
