Which of these foundations are better for acne prone, oily skin?

Neutrogena SkinClearing foundations, Covergirl Oil Control powder makeup, or Almay Clear Complexion foundation? Neutrogena comes in a liquid and Almay comes in a powder. Alamy and Neutrogena have pressed powder in their lines as well. I don't want it to look cakey, and I have some scars/discoloration on my forehead, under my nose, and on my chin from acne. If neither of these brands do it for you, which do you reccomend? I also don't want to go to a department store, I want to be able to get these at a drugstore or at Target.
